Store locations (geocode)
One-time: estimate each outlet's location from its address so they show on the map. These are estimates only and do NOT block check-ins β a store's location is confirmed (and the 100m block starts) the first time someone really checks in there.
Staff coverage (who checks in where)
Pick a person, tick the outlets they check in at, then Save. (For Merchandisers, CHAN, etc.)
Assign customers to a person
Give a person extra outlets to visit (Support access). The original salesman still owns them β this only lets this person also check in. Managers already see everyone.

Recent sign-ins and the phone/browser used β helps spot account sharing. Note: newer Chrome hides the exact Android model (shows "K"), and iPhone never shows its model β but OS, browser & time are always logged.

A Β· Stores needing a confirmed location
These stores have check-ins that don't agree within 100 m, so the real location isn't locked yet. Look at the points and tap the one that's genuinely at the shop to set it as the store's location.
β
B Β· Suspicious check-ins
Check-ins far from a confirmed store, or with impossible travel speed (β‘), in the date range picked on the Dashboard. Distances against a not-yet-confirmed store show as est. (not a real error).
